About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with automotive mechanical experience who are looking to transition into parts management or launch an exciting career in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, inventory management, and administrative functions related to automotive replacement parts for both internal workshop operations and external customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries & order requests through in-person interactions, telephone, and email correspondence in a professional and consistent manner.
- Selling and interpreting automotive products and services.
- Process and fulfill parts orders with accuracy and efficiency .
- Support warehouse and workshop operations as needed.
- Perform delivery driving duties when required.
- Prepare details quotes and maintain accurate parts documentation.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong work ethic with demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Capacity to follow instructions, solve problems, and execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Positive attitude and strict adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
- Current NSW driver's license (auto & manual). Forklift licence an advantage.
